1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and rk365 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to, registration on, and use of the rk365 online casino and sports betting platform available at rk365.app ("the Platform").

By completing the rk365 account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the Platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you acknowledge that you have read this document in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rk365 Platform and, if applicable, close your rk365 account in accordance with the account closure procedure set out in Section 9 of this document.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the rk365 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the rk365 Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are prohibited from registering on rk365.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of rk365 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether voluntarily applied through your rk365 account settings or imposed by any regulatory authority.

rk365 takes its age verification obligations seriously. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of account registration, prior to processing any withdrawal request, or at any other point during a Player's lifecycle on the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification.

Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, rk365 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and report the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority in accordance with its licensing obligations.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of rk365 services — including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and PKR wallet functionality — you must complete the rk365 account registration process. The following conditions apply to all registered rk365 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one rk365 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment method details, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rk365 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must notify rk365 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via Live Chat.
• Non-Transferability: Your rk365 account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, shared with, or operated by any other person. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to play on your account is prohibited.
• PKR Wallet Activation: Following successful account registration and identity verification, your rk365 PKR wallet will be activated, enabling deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and MCB.

rk365 reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rk365 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: rk365 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and MCB bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the rk365 cashier section.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your rk365 PKR wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited subject to standard inter-bank processing timelines.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your rk365 account. rk365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal Verification: rk365 reserves the right to complete full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal Timelines: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one business day. Processing times thereafter depend on the selected payment method. rk365 targets same-day processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals where verification has been completed.
• Dormant Account Balances: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. rk365 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormancy policy, details of which are available from rk365 support.

rk365 does not charge deposit fees. Transaction fees, if any, applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside rk365's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

rk365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money PKR balances. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible rk365 account holders only. Players who have self-excluded, who are under account review, or who have previously abused promotions are not eligible for bonus offers.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated time limit will be removed from the Player's account automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate, or not at all, toward satisfying bonus wagering requirements. Applicable game restrictions are detailed within each individual promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per eligible rk365 account. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once, including through the use of multiple accounts, constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: rk365 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in systematic bonus abuse, professional bonus hunting, or any other activity intended to exploit the Company's promotional structure.

6 Betting Rules & Game Play

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the rk365 Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on rk365 are subject to acceptance by the Company. rk365 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by Players identified as professional gamblers or advantage players.
• Bet Finality: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the rk365 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a specific cash-out or bet-edit feature is expressly offered for a particular market.
• Insufficient Funds: rk365 will not accept bets that exceed the available real-money or bonus balance in a Player's PKR wallet. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available before placing any wager.
• PSL & Cricket Markets: Specific rules governing PSL and international cricket betting markets — including settlement procedures, void conditions, and in-play suspension policies — are published in the rk365 sportsbook rules section within the Platform.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any rk365 casino game or sportsbook market, rk365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' PKR wallets. The Company's decision in such circumstances is final.
• Random Number Generation: All rk365 casino games operate on certified and independently audited random number generation (RNG) software. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the Player or by rk365.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rk365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one rk365 account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the rk365 Platform, place bets, or participate in casino games.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any rk365 poker, live dealer, or other multiplayer game.
• Using the rk365 Platform for any money laundering activity or for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error on the rk365 Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known Platform error are not valid and will be voided.
• Placing bets on behalf of a person who is ineligible to use rk365, including persons under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or other activity that undermines the integrity of sports events covered by the rk365 sportsbook.

8 Responsible Gaming

rk365 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gambling environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming provisions are embedded directly within the rk365 Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their rk365 account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them when a specified duration of continuous play has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years from their rk365 account settings. During self-exclusion, the account is locked and no deposits or bets may be placed. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

rk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• A Player's request for voluntary self-exclusion.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• The Company's determination, at its sole discretion, that continued provision of services to a particular Player is not in the best interests of the Company or its other customers.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's PKR wallet balance will be held securely and will not be accessible until the investigation is concluded. Where closure results from a proven breach of these Terms, rk365 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their rk365 account should contact support via Live Chat. Upon voluntary closure, any withdrawable real-money PKR balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within standard processing timelines.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rk365 Platform — including but not limited to the rk365 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, software, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of rk365 or its licensed content and software providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rk365 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any rk365 content without the prior written consent of the Company.

Any unauthorised use of rk365 intellectual property will be pursued by the Company through all available legal remedies.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rk365 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of PKR funds arising from a Player's failure to secure their rk365 account credentials.
• Interrupted access to the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, or events outside the Company's reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the rk365 Platform.
• Errors in odds, game pay-tables, or promotional terms resulting from a manifest technical error, subject always to the Company's obligation to honour bets accepted at a clearly erroneous price where that error was not reasonably apparent to the Player at the time of bet placement.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rk365's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Privacy & Data

rk365 collects, processes, and stores personal data belonging to registered Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the rk365 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and governs the Company's data handling practices.

rk365 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared only with regulated payment processors (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa), identity verification service providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required to do so.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rk365 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising between you and rk365, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through rk365's internal complaints procedure, details of which are available from rk365 support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure within 30 days of the initial complaint being lodged, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body specified in rk365's gaming license conditions. The decision of that body shall be binding on both parties.

14 Amendments to These Terms

rk365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file for their rk365 account, and/or by means of a prominent notice displayed on the rk365 Platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the rk365 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

The version of these Terms in force on the date a bet is placed or a transaction is executed shall be the version applicable to that bet or transaction for dispute resolution purposes.
